Notes to the rental rates
- The rates quoted are for 7 nights for 2 people within the specified periods. The rates include the rent, bed linen and towels, kitchen towels, the final cleaning, the daily visitor’s tax, electricity, heating, hot and cold water. An optional shopping service can be provided at an additional charge. The sofa bed can be used on request at an additional charge to cover guest linen, towels and visitors tax.
- A refundable damage deposit of 300 swiss francs is payable in addition to the rates quoted. This will be returned to guests within 14 days of the final rental period subject to the apartment being inspected and there being no breakages or damage.
- The rental period is normally for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. However, during the low season fewer nights may be considered.
